15. Limitations of Liability of Plushify.pk Parties.

PLUSHIFY.PK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR FROM ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. BECAUSE EACH PLUSH IS HANDMADE BASED ON A 2D DRAWING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FINAL PRODUCT IS AN ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION AND MAY NOT BE AN EXACT, LITERAL REPLICA OF THE ORIGINAL DRAWING.

16. Waiver of Injunctive or Equitable Relief.

IF YOU CLAIM THAT YOU HAVE INCURRED ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, THEN THE LOSSES, DAMAGES, AND INJURIES WILL NOT BE IRREPARABLE OR SUFFICIENT TO ENTITLE YOU TO AN INJUNCTION OR TO OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF OF ANY KIND.
