Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Returns Due To Change Of Mind

Plushify.pk will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, a refund for the returned item/s will be processed to your original payment method and be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items (Warranty Returns)

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, your parcel is lost or an item is broken or missing, please Contact us within 15 days first before leaving a review so we can help you further, or offer a refund or replacement.

Plushify.pk will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. For damaged, lost or missing items we can offer a replacement or refund given the sufficient evidence (photo of item, photo of shipping label with barcode and weight shown) is obtained within 15 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to pay the return shipping if returning the item is necessary, however if proof is sufficient (including clear photos of the damage, the shipping label, and barcode), a return may not be necessary. Upon receipt of the returned item or sufficient evidence, you can expect Plushify.pk to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  • (a) refund to your payment method
  • (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Missed Deliveries

Please be aware that if a parcel experiences a missed delivery and is subsequently held at your local post office for collection, we cannot accept responsibility for any failure to collect the item. As such, we are unable to offer refunds under these circumstances. We strongly advise you to closely monitor your tracking information and emails for any notifications regarding missed deliveries to ensure that you do not miss out on collecting your parcel.

Returns Due to Sizing Issues

Please note if an item is the wrong size, we can not offer a refund or exchange unless you send the item back. We do not offer Free return shipping for sizing issues. Please pay attention to the sizing and measurements when purchasing a clothing item and ask us if you need any advice on a particular item via our Contact Us page.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and need to cancel an order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the order is made, as long as it has not been shipped yet.
