Ready-Made Products (In-Stock Items)

• Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Custom-Made Creations

• Crafting & Processing Time: Each custom plush is handmade with care from your design. Please allow 2-4 weeks for our artisans to craft and process your unique order.
• Shipping Time: Once your custom creation is complete and dispatched, it will arrive within the standard 5-10 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat rate for shipping on all orders. Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 10,000.

International Shipping

We are working hard to bring Plushify to the world! International shipping is not available at the moment, but we plan to launch it very soon. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we start shipping to your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow a day or two for the tracking information to become active.

Duties & Taxes

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of local taxes. There are no additional duties or taxes for orders shipped within Pakistan.
